When should I book an inspection?
As soon as you get your keys (vacant possession), so there is plenty of time left in your Defect Liability Period for the developer to make repairs.
Do I need to be there?
We encourage it. You can ask the inspector questions as we go and see each defect for yourself.
What do I get after the inspection?
A detailed report, or defects uploaded through our app, with a photo of every defect. You can submit it to your developer to claim repairs under the DLP. Phone and email follow-up is free for as long as you need.
